We are a community of creative people who practise a contemporary vedic lifestyle and follow the paths of Lord Shiva - mystic founder of the original Yoga tradition (pictured in our flag), ancient Indian Sage Patanjali (father of RAJA Yoga) and the glorious King Rama, eponym of the great Indian epos Ramayana. Our Community is a "Nation in spe" and is created to fight the ecological abuse, apathy, unreasoning violence, and dishonour so rampant in today's human society. Our right is self-governance, and to live under our own law as it is defined by our constitution and expressed by our national anthem - the glorius Gayatri Mantra. We invite you to join our national community... if you agree in Dharma, Karma and Reincarnation. Everyone is welcome to build with us a prospering society and nation. We want to integrate spiritual life with science and modernity, and develop alternative solutions in education, medicines, social care, farming, technologies, ecology and business. We are not ascetics or world-denier, but world-lover who live with awareness and protect the planet. We are not Hippis or Communists and we don't advocate drugs and 'free love'. Our Community is a federation of serious aspirants, who are mentally healthy and living a fruitful life. We are inspired by Bharat (Indian) Culture and Arts. But we are aware of abuses in the modern indian society. Today Bharat (India) suffers because of degeneration caused by disoriented government, brahmanic fundamentalism and the aftermath of former British colonialism and islamic invasions. We condemn all false teachings: Casteism, world renunciation, Sati (practice), repression of women, etc. These matters are not in accordance with the core concepts of the Vedas.
